Orders placed between 2pm Wednesday – Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday to avoid the plant / tree being in transit over the weekend.

Please note: Trees purchased between the months of Oct – Apr may be losing or have already dropped their leaves due to the fact they are deciduous. Many of the trees we sell are single stemmed and therefore may look a little bare during these months. Once spring arrive the foliage will return and new growth will appear.

They may not look their best after being in transit. We recommend placing the roots in water for at least 30 mins upon receiving your order and before planting out / potting up.
Please bear in mind the plant is posted out via Royal Mail and may not look its’ best when initially unpacked. To help it along, place the roots in water for up to 30 mins as soon as it has been unpacked before planting out / potting on.
