Trees, shrubs and plants, especially cell grown can be planted out at any time during the year.

Supplied trees are currently 1-1.5ft tall and have been cell grown. Plants will be supplied without the pot for safe shipping with the roots carefully wrapped. Orders placed between Weds PM – Sun will be disptached on Monday to minimise time spent in transit and to avoid your order being stuck in the post office over the weekend.

Please bear in mind the plant is posted out via Royal Mail and may not look its’ best when initially unpacked. To help it along, place the roots in water for upto 30 mins as soon as it has been unpacked before planting out / potting on.

Cell grown:
Plants, trees and shrubs that have been cell grown can be planted anytime time of the year. Growing plants in cells encourages healthy root growth and because they are often grown in cell trays close together, the plants do not always have chance to bush out. However once transplanted the plant/ tree / shrub will bush out as it grows.

Feeding is generally not required for trees and we recommend AGAINST applying fertiliser to trees purchased.
