Description

Stonecrop (Hylotelephium) (syn Sedum Autumn Joy)

Pale pink star shaped flowers form clusters on top of this tolerant and hardy plant. The flowers attract bees and other pollinators and appear late summer / early autumn. With it being a sedum, the stonecrop can withstand dry spells and the leaves are edible too!
