Guelder Rose Shrub (Viburnum opulus) – a beautiful native, deciduous shrub with fragrant white flowers followed by vibrant red berries. In autumn the leaves change from green to a red / copper colour.
The berries are mildly toxic IF eaten raw. However they can be used to make jam or jellies for cheese and meat.
