Description
SPINDLE TREE (Euonymus europaeus) – a small, beautiful, deciduous tree / shrub with delicate pink flowers followed by vibrant orange berries. In autumn the leaves change from green to a red / orange colour.
The Spindle is beneficial to pollinators (not so much bees) and birds such as robins and house sparrow.
- Grows to a max height of 4m tall.
- Spreads to a max of 3m.
- Suitable for normal, chalk, sand, loam and clay soils
- Prefers full sun or semi shade
- Fully hardy

Trees, shrubs and plants can be planted out at any time during the year but THE best time is between October-April.
Supplied trees are around 1.5-2ft tall. Branches will be trimmed and trees supplied without the pot for safe shipping.
